Terms of Service
By commissioning MoonJelly Buniny you agree to the following Terms of Service:
Deadlines:
I am a full-time university student with part-time work while managing social media accounts. Therefore it is hard for me to schedule hard deadlines for commissions. Deadlines must be discussed prior to payment. Any deadlines presented to me after payment will be assumed to be a soft deadline request and are not guaranteed to be met. In addition, I will give updates as I work on your piece. You are entitled to ask for updates if you do not hear from me, but do not rush me nor badger me repeatedly about updates. Give at least a two-week window between update requests.
Turn Around Times:
Turn around times will vary between types of commissions and my personal schedule. I can give you a general estimated completion time but that time can change to be earlier or later without warning. Rest assured, your commission will be completed as soon as I can possibly finish it. I hate to leave people hanging and will do my best to get your commission out to you in a timely manner.
Alterations:
I will give you regular updates as I work on your commission. Any alterations may be made to your piece during the initial sketch/mock-up. After I gain permission to move on with the piece only minor alterations will be granted free of charge. Any alterations I deem to be egregious will incur a fee to match the level or re-work I will have to do
(i.e. rebuy materials, hours worth of new line-art, etc.).
Art Trades:
All art trades will be withheld until both parties are ready to exchange to prevent art theft or stress.
Refunds:
Refunds can only be requested at the sketching phase. I will ask for explicit permission to move on from the sketch phase. After that permission is given, I will no longer give refunds for work.
Lewd / NSFW Content:
I will not draw pornography of characters, however, lewd content is allowed. Anything I deem as mature in nature will require identification through video chat to ensure the validity of age. The commissioner must be 18+ with a valid government I.D. (such as a drivers license). The character(s) in the piece must also be 18+ in age and appearance. This last note will be at my own discretion.
Art Rights:
I own all rights to any artwork I complete. You are not allowed to trace, copy, or alter a piece without permission. You may reference my work loosely without permission but any heavy referencing must be explicitly credited/linked back to me. Any art I post must not be reposted without credit.
Reselling Commissioned Art/Costume Pieces:
You may resell pins/buttons, prints, art, costume pieces, etc. However, selling my work for profit, such as making stickers of commissioned art and selling them yourself, is strictly prohibited unless we have agreed on a release of copyright. Transfer of art copyright may be bought from me, bought under a temporary contract, or gifted to you by me. The license will be given as a signed document to you for the rights to use my work for profit.

Refuse your commission
End a commission early and refund according to the progress of the commission
Ask for identification for content I deem as lewd/NSFW
Post commissions onto social media unless explicitly asked not to out of courtesy
Withhold commission/art trade until payment or trade is completed
